Ken Miller: President
Ken Miller, president of Virtual Learning Labs, developed the marketing strategy and professional team to deliver secure virtual environments for business and education. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Ken completed graduate work at the University of Cincinnati and launched Miller International, which rapidly garnered yearly sales of over 2 million dollars. In 1985 he expanded his business interest to educational domains through the establishment of Educational Systems, Inc. Ken Miller's company enjoys an international sales revenue of over 3 million dollars annually. His clients are in the United States, China, the Philippines, India, South Africa, and Great Britain.

Dr Michael Gardner: CTO and Head of European Operations
Michael is responsible for running the European operations for Virtual Learning Labs and setting the technical direction for the company. Formerly with British Telecommunications, he was head of the technical e-learning research programme and was involved in developing solutions for education, customer service and business communications. Michael is also the Director of the Digital Lifestyles centre at the University of Essex in the UK, and has been involved from day one in developing innovative new services with Project Wonderland. He is a recognised expert in this field, regularly making invited presentations and with many publications to his name

Dr Jonathon Richter: Chief Research Officer
Jonathan Richter received his Ed.D. in education from the University of Montana in 2003. He is a research associate at the Center for Advanced Technology in Education for the University of Oregon. In this capacity, he serves to develop partnerships with MERLOT.org, Sun Microsystems and Media Grid Institute to advance 3D virtual learning models. He is a leader in the development of virtual world systems for the center, and founder of the Campus Forum on Virtual Worlds. Jonathan Richter is the chief research officer for the company.

Warren Sheaffer: Consultant
Warren Sheaffer is a consultant with Virtual Learning Labs and is involved in the strategic and operational management of the company. He is also the Chairman of the Computer Science Department at Saint Paul College. Warren is the Project Lead for the Sun Center of Excellence at Saint Paul College focusing on Java Technology, Open Source Software and Virtual Worlds. Warren manages Project Virtual Northstar which develops, deploys and uses virtual worlds based on Sun's Wonderland platform for applications in distance education and learning in virtual environments. He speaks frequently in person and virtually on the use of virtual reality as an education and communication platform.
